Call of Duty Mobile Rank Dropped From Grand Master II to Pro I

Today, when I logged into Call of Duty Mobile through Google Play, I noticed that my rank had suddenly dropped from Grand Master II to Pro I, even though I had not violated any rules. I also discovered that many of my collections had been deleted. Losing a rank I had worked hard to reach over a long period of time, along with the collections I had accumulated, was both shocking and extremely frustrating.

I have never engaged in any behavior that violated the game’s rules, and I have not received any warning or ban notification on my account. Despite this, the sudden drop in my rank and the disappearance of my collections make me believe that this may be the result of a system or account-related error. I have attached screenshots showing my account and its current status in the game.

I request that my Call of Duty Mobile rank be restored to my previous level of Grand Master II and that all of my deleted collections be fully restored. I want the progress and rewards I earned through my efforts to be returned to my account, along with a clear explanation of why this happened.
