I Lost My Rank in Mobile Legends Without Losing Matches—Please Fix This Bug

I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on your game, and up until now, I truly enjoyed playing it. However, I recently experienced something extremely frustrating: my rank suddenly dropped without any explanation. I hadn’t even lost a single match, yet my league progress was reset and all the hard work I put into reaching Epic rank is now gone.

This is incredibly disappointing. I’ve been loyal to MLBB for a long time, and it’s really upsetting to see my progress wiped out without cause. I play fairly and consistently, and this kind of error shouldn’t happen to dedicated players. I request that you investigate my account and restore my rank immediately.
