I am submitting this complaint regarding the banning of my PUBG Mobile account which is connected to my Google Play account. On December 4, 2025, while I was in the middle of a match, my account was suddenly banned and I received a notification that my account would be blocked because it violated the rules, without any clear or detailed explanation about the specific violation. Previously, I had only received one warning ban for 1 day because I was matched with random teammates and, without my knowledge, one of my random teammates was a cheater. Outside of that incident, I always play normally and I do not use cheats or any tools that violate the rules. I only make top ups through the official Midasbuy channel and I have never used any third‑party applications, mods, scripts, unofficial emulators, account‑sharing services, or anything similar. I only have this one PUBG Mobile account and I have spent a lot of money on it through frequent top ups, although I can no longer remember the exact total amount. My in‑game account ID is 51567723887. I feel that this sudden ban while I was playing is not appropriate because I am playing fairly and following the rules. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly checked again, including the logs and history of my account, and that my PUBG Mobile account be restored so that I can continue playing using the account that I have invested a lot of time and money into. I hope PUBG Mobile can review this matter carefully and reactivate my account, because this is my only account and I have supported the game through many top ups via official channels.
