Garena Free Fire Dropped My Rank from Heroic II to Platinum I for No Reason

I have been playing Garena Free Fire for years and never had any complaints. I have never used cheats or violated any rules—I simply play for fun, often with my spouse. However, my rank suddenly dropped from Heroic II to Platinum I without any explanation.

I worked hard to reach that level, and now it’s been unfairly taken away. I have no idea why this happened, and there has been no response or clarification from support.
