I Didn't Receive My Free Drinks from Caffè Nero's Invite a Friend Campaign

On March 2, 2024, I purchased a drink from Caffè Nero, and my Multinet card was charged twice for the same amount. I was told that the extra charge would be refunded on the same day, but I still haven’t received my money back.
I contacted support via email, but no one has responded. This is completely unacceptable! If a business overcharges a customer, the least they can do is process the refund immediately instead of making them chase after their own money.
I urgently demand that the extra charge be refunded without further delay. Caffè Nero, fix this issue now! If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will escalate this matter.
