Poor Service and Hygiene at Caffè Nero Ayvalık Marina
Dear Caffè Nero Management,
On March 7, 2025, I visited your Ayvalık Marina branch, expecting the usual high service quality from your brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.
First, the tables and ashtrays were dirty, which was unacceptable in terms of hygiene. Additionally, the staff took incorrect orders and showed little professionalism, negatively affecting the overall service quality. I also observed that some employees interacted with customers in a careless and overly casual manner, rather than maintaining a respectful and professional tone.
To uphold Caffè Nero’s service standards, I urge you to improve staff selection and training. Customer satisfaction should always come first, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these issues promptly.
