I Didn't Receive My Free Drinks from Caffè Nero's Invite a Friend Campaign

On February 14, 2025, I used the “Invite a Friend, Get 2 Free Coffees” campaign through the Caffè Nero app. I invited a friend, and they successfully claimed and redeemed their coffee. However, I never received my two promised free drinks.
Since then, I’ve emailed customer support three separate times, but I haven’t received a single reply. This is extremely disappointing for a brand that promotes itself on customer experience. If you’re going to advertise a campaign, stand by it and honor your promise. I shouldn’t have to chase down what was clearly offered to me.
I expect this issue to be addressed immediately and my 2 free coffees to be added to my account without any further delays. This experience has already left a bad taste, and I hope the brand will take action to restore some trust.
