Slow Service at Caffè Nero Nautilus—Orders Take Too Long Despite Available Staff

Every time I visit Caffè Nero Nautilus (Istanbul), I experience unreasonably long wait times. The ordering process is frustratingly slow, even though there are multiple baristas present.

Instead of working efficiently, one employee takes the order, then prepares the drink, and only afterward processes the payment. Meanwhile, other staff members are standing around, yet the workflow never speeds up. This location operates like a small local café rather than a professional chain.

A large coffee brand should have a more efficient system, ensuring that customers don’t waste unnecessary time waiting. I expect Caffè Nero to address this issue and improve service speed so that ordering coffee isn’t such a frustrating experience!
