Caffè Nero Loyalty Stamps Not Transferred to App—No Customer Support Available

On March 8, 2025, at 17:26, I visited the Lotus Walk Caffè Nero location, where the barista transferred my physical loyalty card stamps to the app. However, despite this, 45 stamps from receipt number 2282026394 did not appear in my account.
I tried to contact customer service, but there is no phone number available. When I attempted to create a support request through the app (Settings > Help Center > Support > Create New Request), I received an error message: "No application can perform this action."
This is extremely frustrating. I collected these stamps fairly, and now they are missing due to a system issue. I demand that Caffè Nero fix this problem immediately and credit my missing stamps to my account. How can a brand this big not have functional customer support?
