Refund Request From Burger King – Poor Food Quality & Unresolved Complaint


On 10.09.2025, I had a highly disappointing experience at Burger King Ceylan AVM branch. The hamburger I ordered contained wilted and spoiled lettuce, and the fries were soft and pale in color. Although I was contacted by phone after submitting my complaint, no solution was provided to me. Later, when I submitted another complaint, the system falsely marked the issue as “resolved,” whereas in reality, no resolution was offered and my grievance still remains. Due to this negative experience, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid. If my issue is once again left unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Ministry of Trade and other relevant authorities. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken.
