Burger King Delivered Burnt and Raw Food to Me




I placed an order from Burger King on 10.06.2025 at 9:30 PM. My order was delivered late, well past the estimated delivery time. When it finally arrived, the food was completely burnt—blackened like charcoal—with a terrible smell, making it absolutely inedible. The fries were burnt, and the burger patty not only smelled awful but was also undercooked. This level of carelessness with food safety is unacceptable. People work hard to earn their money, and it shouldn’t be wasted like this. I request that necessary action be taken. I’ve been living at the same address for 10 years and have had multiple issues with this branch before—missing items, late deliveries, and more. But this latest experience is beyond unacceptable. I’ve filed several complaints in the past, even as far back as 2022, yet nothing has changed. I am now asking for a serious inspection of this branch to finally address these ongoing problems.
Only my complaint was listened to. No solution, apology, or suggestion was offered. I am still waiting for a response from the company.
