As a customer of Burger King in North Cyprus, I recently had a highly unpleasant experience when trying to place an order through the Burger King app. Since the app was not active at 20:50 local time, I had to call the call center to place my order. Despite repeatedly insisting on confirming my address with the operator, they still managed to enter it incorrectly, causing us to wait for one and a half hours needlessly. Upon calling the call center again, the courier apparently consulted another branch for the correct address, and the call center confirmed it half an hour later. Despite these efforts, it is currently 23:15, and our order has still not arrived. To make matters worse, we cannot cancel the order as the call centers are now closed, and we cannot place another order elsewhere in the hopes that it may arrive. As a result of this highly frustrating experience, my daughter had to wait for over three hours for her food, and she fell asleep while waiting, causing us great distress. I intend to voice my dissatisfaction on all social media platforms to ensure that this issue is addressed and that no other customers have to endure such poor service.
