Missing Orders at Burger King—And the Wait Continues
At 18:25, I ordered 1 Double Whopper, 1 Whopper meal, and twister fries, but my delivery arrived wrong and incomplete. I promptly contacted both Yemek Sepeti and Burger King to rectify the situation. They assured me a replacement was on its way and asked me to keep the original order. However, even after an hour, the second delivery was still incorrect.
After multiple attempts to correct the order through Yemek Sepeti and Burger King, I am now waiting for the 4th delivery. This time, at 21:07, only the twister fries arrived—no Double Whopper! It's been a saga since the initial order at 18:25, and they still can't get it right! We've informed them four times about the errors, but as of 23:08, no correct delivery has been made.
Customer service claims the order was correctly recorded, but the team at Nisantasi Rumeli Street keeps sending the wrong items. Can anyone relate to this frustrating experience?
