Upon Burger King Delivery, I Realized Missing Items and Found Foil Inside My Sufle


My recent Burger King order through Yemeksepeti left much to be desired. Upon delivery, I discovered that two milkshakes were missing from my order. To make matters worse, as I indulged in my sufle, I found a piece of foil inside, approximately one centimeter thick. When I contacted customer service to address these issues, I was met with further frustration. Despite expressing my concerns and requesting either a refund or a resend of the missing items, they claimed they couldn't assist. It's disheartening to pay for a service and receive incomplete orders, only to find that no refund is offered.
