Burger King Sent Me Different and Low Quality Food in Home Delivery

When I enjoy the same menu at the restaurant, everything goes smoothly, but when I have it delivered to my home, the experience is entirely different. The items I received did not match my expectations from my previous in-store experience. The products remain untouched as they were not in a suitable condition for consumption. I asked for a refund, but it was denied as well. I had guests over and felt utterly humiliated because of this order. I had confidence in the quality I had encountered previously, but this time both Burger King and Yemeksepeti really disappointed me. It's baffling to see how two reputable brands can provide such negligent service. My confidence in both has been significantly undermined.
