Burger King Missing Big King Burgers Issue & Unresponsive Support
On May 4, 2024, at 8:42 PM, I ordered the "2 Big King Deal" menu from Burger King Bağcılar using the Getir app. When I got my order, I was pretty disappointed because instead of the two Big King burgers I ordered, they gave me just one Whopper Jr. burger.
Right away, I reached out to Getir customer support to let them know about the difference. Unfortunately, my attempts were met with apathy and a lack of determination. I received no help from anyone at Getir or Burger King in resolving the issue.
