I Face Burger King Order Not Delivered After Payment

On 12 April 2026, I placed an online food order through the Burger King app from the Burger King outlet at Ground Floor, Vijayashree Centre, No. 1, Hesarghatta Road, near Saptagiri Medical College, Chikkasandra, Jalahalli West, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560090. In this order, I selected Korean spicy fries, Korean spicy chicken wings, and a Veg Makhani Burst Burger, and paid a total amount of ₹385. Although the payment went through successfully and I received the details, the order was never delivered. The transaction ID for this payment is T2604122012366902428752, and the order number is 5J0WH02K3M. When I contacted Burger King customer service/app support about the non-delivery, I was informed that the order itself had not been placed, despite the fact that the amount was debited, and I have the transaction and order details. In this situation, I request that you either deliver my complete order as originally placed or provide a full refund of ₹385 to my original mode of payment without any further delay. I also ask you to check your system regarding this incident so that such issues do not repeat in the future.
