Burger King Wrong Order, Cold Fries and Poor Service

Today I purchased a Chicken Royale Menu and a Double Cheese Menu directly from the restaurant in Akmerkez AVM Etiler with my friend. We waited a long time for our order, to the point that other people around could see us waiting. When the food finally came, the Double Cheese burger they gave me was wrong, it did not match what I ordered, and they only gave me a burger instead of the proper menu. The potatoes were also clearly bad in quality: they were dark in color, dry, cold and tasted old, as if they had been waiting for a long time. I complained twice at the restaurant about both the wrong double cheese burger and the bad, cold potatoes. I asked them to heat or change the food, but they only reheated it and it was still bad. When I opened the wrong burger, they just put cheese on it and gave it back to me in a messy way, instead of preparing a fresh, correct one. Because we were very hungry and had already waited so long, we tried to eat it, but the food quality and the way it was served were unacceptable. Throughout this process, both the staff and the manager assisted us very poorly and did not show any real effort to solve the problem, which made the experience even more disappointing than the wrong and low-quality products. My main purpose is to report the bad customer service and management attitude at this branch, because we paid to eat good, fresh food and left completely unsatisfied. I request that you take the necessary action regarding the staff and manager who dealt with us, provide training to improve customer service and product quality, and, in addition, that you compensate us with a refund or a fresh, correctly prepared replacement for our order so that this unfair experience is remedied.
