Burger King Gave Me Poor Service and Wrong Orders with Rude Employees
At the Burger King in İstanbul, Kadıköy, Caddebostan branch, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the poor service and lack of quality. The first issue we encountered was a malfunctioning order system, which caused delays from the start. It became clear that the staff had little to no knowledge of what they were doing, leading to wrong orders and a chaotic delivery process, where later orders were served before earlier ones. On top of this, one of the employees was particularly rude. When I went to the cashier to ask about my second order, I found out it hadn’t even been placed. Worse, an employee shouted to a colleague, "Heyyy, the man there has been waiting for 20 minutes!" in front of everyone, which was both unprofessional and humiliating. This location fell far short of what one would expect from a Burger King restaurant.
