I Spent ₺450 on a Big King Meal but Received Cold Food and Poor Service

Spending ₺450 overall, I placed orders for a Big King meal, a Double King chicken dinner (with extra mayonnaise and cheese), and a 6-piece nugget from the Tuzla Aydıntepe Vema branch. Saying I was let down would be an understatement. Besides my order arrived incorrectly, the fries and nuggets were cold. With the service I received, I was somewhat letdown. They simply threw the old ones back onto the counter and mixed them with the new ones when I asked to have my cold fries changed! You handle consumers differently than that. The personnel was quite hostile and the shift manager, Ç*** H***, did nothing to improve the matter. This encounter truly left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am considering not returning very seriously.
