Burger King West Chester Pike Gets Every Order Wrong and Keeps Customers Waiting

I am writing regarding the Burger King located on West Chester Pike in West Chester, PA. Over the last six months, this branch has consistently provided extremely poor service to the point where I have decided I am completely done with this location. In this period, they have not managed to get a single order correct. Even when I order items “as is,” the orders still come out wrong. The last straw was this morning: my breakfast burrito was served with no hot sauce and no hash browns. This was the third time in a row that there was no sauce, and now the hash browns (tater tots) were also missing. On top of that, it regularly takes around 15 minutes to receive an order, even when there is nobody else in the restaurant, and after that wait the order is still wrong. The general condition of the store is also unacceptable. The tables are always dirty, the drink station is disgusting, and the trash cans are usually overflowing. The staff do not appear interested in their work at all; they avoid being at the counter and seem to hide in the back instead of serving customers. I also find the behavior and attitude of the manager very unprofessional and feel that there is a serious lack of responsible supervision in this branch. My expectation is very simple: I just want to receive the items I order, correctly and in a reasonably clean environment. At this point, I believe this restaurant needs a complete review of its staff and management, because the problems are clearly ongoing and not being addressed. I ask that this branch be inspected, that service and cleanliness standards be enforced, and that the necessary personnel changes and training be carried out so that customers can finally receive accurate orders and basic quality of service.
