Burger King Sent Me a Hamburger Menu in Terrible Condition

I ordered a hamburger menu from Burger King and honestly, it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever received from a fast-food chain. The bun was in such poor condition that I felt compelled to take a photo as proof—it looked like something that had been sitting out for days. I reached out multiple times to customer service through different channels, yet nobody got back to me. They claimed they couldn’t reach me, which makes no sense because I wrote in multiple times with clear contact details. What frustrates me even more is that the company seems eager to take your money but completely avoids taking accountability for the quality of their products. I expected at least an acknowledgment or an attempt to fix the issue, but I was met with silence. This lack of responsibility is incredibly concerning, especially when it involves something as sensitive as food quality.
