Burger King Wrong Order And Burnt Fries

Today at around 4:38 p.m., I placed a mobile order of approximately $10.99 under the name Dawn E*** from the Burger King location on 90th Street in Omaha, Nebraska. This is the fourth order in the last three weeks that has been wrong from this location, and I am extremely frustrated. In this order I requested a Whopper with no pickles and no lettuce, but what I received was a completely different burger that had mushrooms and onion rings, and it was missing the mayo and tomatoes. I cannot eat this as it is not what I ordered. In addition, the fries in the meal were overcooked and burnt, very dark brown and not suitable to eat. Because of this, I not only wasted my money but was also left without dinner while at work. I tried to contact the store by phone three times right after receiving the order, but no one answered. Since this is a repeated issue and I received food I could not eat, I am requesting a full refund for this order.
