My Burger King Orders Keep Coming Wrong for Almost a Year

For about a year, six days a week, we have been placing almost hourly orders from Burger King, and there are constant mistakes with our orders. The motorcycle couriers delivering them have even gotten used to the situation, often saying, “Check, your order might be wrong again.” My staff and I are fed up that every second order is only correct. We are experiencing very serious problems with this branch. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation to the restaurant managers and staff, nothing has changed. Even though the mistakes are on your staff’s part, whenever we visit the branch to speak with the responsible person about an issue, the shift managers almost defend themselves instead of apologizing. Additionally, the indifferent and careless behavior of the employees toward customers has become unbearable. Despite contacting the branch and customer service multiple times about these problems, there has been no attention or solution provided. We want our orders to be corrected and customer satisfaction to be valued. I expect a response from the authorized and responsible persons at Burger King.
