Disrespectful Staff And Uncaring Management Experience At A Burger King Branch

I felt the need to write this complaint due to the staff behavior I experienced at a Burger King branch in Florida, USA, on November 28, 2025. When I asked an extremely simple question about my order, one of the employees was openly rude and disrespectful toward me. Even though I was requesting something completely normal as a customer, being spoken to in such a manner both surprised and disturbed me.
After the incident, I reported the situation to the person in charge at the branch; however, the store manager did not take my complaint seriously and practically ignored me. In a brand where customer satisfaction should be a priority, the attitude shown by both the staff member and the manager is unacceptable.
Regarding this incident, I request an apology from Burger King, appropriate action to be taken regarding the employee involved, and an evaluation of the branch management. I believe that as a customer I deserve respectful communication and to be taken seriously.
