Burger King Order Cancelled but Refund Still Not Received

I placed an online order at the Burger King outlet in Lake City Mall on 3 June at around 3:03 p.m. I ordered 2 burgers for a total of 216.92 rupees, paid online, and my order number was #2017. Despite the payment being completed, my order was cancelled and I have not received my money back. I tried to reach the Burger King customer service number for the Lake City Mall branch, but the number is switched off, so I have not been able to get any information or support regarding my refund. I request that my payment of 216.92 rupees for order #2017 be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the reason for the cancellation and refund delay.
