Burger King Order Cancelled but ₹155 Refund Not Received
I placed an order for a burger costing ₹155 through the Burger King app on April 21 at around 1:51 PM, to be delivered to my address in Bhagat Singh Nagar, **** Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400****. The restaurant location is Unit No. 3, Ground Floor, Vicino Mall, Off New Link Road, Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai 400***. The order ID for this purchase is #2001.
The order should have been delivered much earlier, but more than 40 minutes passed with no updates in the app and no communication from the restaurant or delivery team. Seeing no progress, I called the restaurant directly and canceled the order, as the delay and lack of response were unacceptable.
However, despite canceling the order, my payment of ₹155 has still not been refunded. I have sent an email and also complained to the restaurant, but I have received no response at all, which makes this experience even more frustrating. The service has been unreliable and disappointing.
I request that my payment of ₹155 for this canceled order be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect an investigation into the delays and lack of customer communication to prevent similar issues in the future.
