Burger King Canceled My Order but Never Refunded My Payment



I placed an order through the Burger King India West & South mobile app on 28 May 2026 at 4:45 p.m. using my registered mobile number ending with 47. My order was for one crispy veg burger and one medium peri peri fries, with a total amount of ₹109.20, paid online via the Paytm app. After about 30 minutes, at around 5:21 p.m. on the same day, the order was cancelled in the app without any delivery or clear explanation. However, the amount of ₹109.20 was deducted from my Paytm account, and till now I have not received any refund. I also tried to reach Burger King customer support, but the given customer care number is not connecting and there is no proper in-app support to resolve this issue. This has left me without my order and without my money. I request Burger King India West & South to urgently process a full refund of ₹109.20 for this cancelled order and to share a clear confirmation once the refund is initiated.
