To make matters worse, the restaurant that fulfilled our order is literally two minutes away by foot, yet they still managed to deliver such poor-quality food.
When I reached out to Burger King support through the 'İste Gelsin' app, I spoke with someone named M*** at the call center, who simply said they "couldn’t help." This lack of responsibility is not only frustrating but makes customers feel disrespected. I ordered to enjoy a meal, not to be left hungry. This experience has definitely turned me away from ordering again. Please take responsibility and improve your service.
