Today, I ordered a burger meal from Burger King through Getir. When it finally arrived after a long wait, the food was not just cold—it was practically frozen, stale, and completely dried out. To make matters worse, some items were missing from the order. The whole experience was disappointing. I reached out to Getir's live support to address the issue, but the representative, Ms. E**, brushed off my complaint with standard phrases like "We apologize; it won’t happen again." But what about the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I experienced tonight? This lack of genuine support is frustrating. Getir and Burger King, please address this issue seriously and ensure a resolution for customers facing such problems.
