On 18.04.2025, I placed an order from Burger King through Trendyol for a Duo and Whopper menu, and the experience was unbelievably poor. The ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic sauce—and I should add, the buffalo sauce that was supposed to be part of the menu—never arrived. That alone is frustrating, but even worse, one of the hamburgers from my Duo menu was missing. On top of that, the food that did arrive looked like it had been sitting out for three hours. I felt nauseous eating something I paid ₺603 for. Honestly, a ₺100 burger from A101 would have been far better than this. I contacted Trendyol, and despite all these issues, the refund I received was an even bigger insult—only ₺136.30. I’m filing a complaint against whoever prepared my food and against Burger King for this unacceptable experience.
