I created a return request, the response from the company was rejected, I created a return request again, again rejected, I created a return request 3 times and I am waiting for an answer. Let's get the payment in advance, let's send the product incomplete, I guess they think that the return process is up to us anyway. So much so that the receipt of another order came out of my order. And there is never any interest. If it is rejected this time too, I will seek my rights through legal means.
