On the evening of June 22nd, we ordered from the Arastapark Burger King branch through Trendyol GO Food. When our order arrived, one of the menus lacked a hamburger; we had ordered nuggets, but it was missing. There were no extra sauces, including the menu side sauces. The papers that came with the hamburgers were torn and scattered as if they had been thrown away. The onion rings are as stale as ice, and the only thing that is right and beautiful is the coke they deliver. I created a return request, the company's response was rejected, I created another return request, which was also rejected, I created a third return request, and I am still waiting for an answer. Let's get the payment in advance, send the product incomplete, and I guess they believe the return process is up to us. So much so that another order was received instead of mine. And there's never any interest. If it is rejected again, I will pursue legal action to protect my rights.
