On May 5th, 2024, at around 10:00 PM, I placed an order at the Burger King branch in Altındağ Çevreli, Ankara. I was so hungry at the time! The restaurant took my order and indicated that it was being prepared in their system. But at 12:10 AM, my order was still stuck in the "preparing" status, so I had no choice but to cancel it. Even though the restaurant was just 1.5 km from my place, they took an incredibly long time to deliver the order, like 2-2.5 hours. How on earth did this happen? Being a hardworking person, this situation really put me in a tough spot, and I ended up going to bed without any food that night. I am extremely let down by Burger King and will never eat there again.
