Budget Gave Me a Car That Was Not Fully Fueled and Smelled of Cigarette Smoke
On January 12, 2025, I rented a car with license plate 34***208 from Budget’s Beylikdüzü Office for one day. I drove a total of 160 km on the highway between Beylikdüzü and Çorlu at a speed of 80-90 km/h without speeding or being stuck in traffic. They claimed the car was delivered with a full tank, but although I received it supposedly full, I refueled at the gas station right next to their office before returning it, and the tank took 19 liters. It should not have required more than 12 liters, meaning they didn’t deliver the car fully fueled. Additionally, the interior of the car reeked of cigarette smoke. They do not provide accurate information.
