Since we moved to our new home, we've been experiencing problems with our Protherm combi boiler on a regular basis. The service team has made several visits in an effort to resolve the issue with pressure setting fluctuations, but their solutions have only been temporary. During my most recent visit, I brought up an issue regarding the pressure setting. It seems that the pressure tends to rise between 4-5, which leads to a loss of hot water and a chilly house. The service representative from DemirDöküm arrived on January 12, 2024, and was able to temporarily resolve the issue. They also advised that if the problem happens again, the filling tap should be replaced. Once again, the boiler decided to malfunction after just a few hours. Upon reaching out to the service, I was informed that all Saturday appointments had been filled, and the service teams would be available on Monday instead. On January 15, 2024, I reached out to the service for an update. They let me know that they were still waiting for the filling tap to be delivered by the courier, and unfortunately, it wouldn't be arriving today. They assured us that the service team would arrive either tomorrow or the following day. Throughout the frigid month of January, you have subjected us to four days of living in a freezing home, enduring the hardships of having no water.
