Hey everyone, after months of struggling, I finally managed to cancel my Buddy.ai subscription myself—so I’m sharing how I did it to help others. They kept charging my card without asking, month after month, even though I wasn’t using the app at all. It was nearly impossible to find a way to cancel. There was no proper contact or support. The app gave me the runaround and didn’t make the process clear.

Here’s what worked for me: First, I went to Google Play and removed my saved credit card info. If you can’t cancel directly through the app, go into your phone’s settings, find the Google account section, and look under payments. Scroll down until you see your active subscriptions. That’s where you can find the Buddy.ai subscription and cancel it. Then, immediately request a refund for the most recent charge. They’ll usually refund only the last payment—at least that’s what happened to me, though I’m still not 100% sure it will go through.

I’m relieved I figured it out, but it shouldn’t be this hard. Buddy.ai needs to make cancellations straightforward and stop charging people without clear consent. I hope this helps someone else avoid the same headache I went through.
