I Paid for Buddy.ai But It Still Blocks Access and Won’t Load on Any Device

I subscribed to Buddy.ai and paid the full membership fee, but the app still acts like I haven’t subscribed at all. The first time I logged in, it opened briefly, then redirected me straight to a payment screen—as if no payment had been made. Since then, the app completely freezes and refuses to open. I’ve tried it on both my phone and my daughter’s tablet, and the same issue happens on both. It's incredibly frustrating, especially because this is supposed to be an educational app for kids, and instead, it’s completely unusable.
I reached out to their support team seven days ago and got no reply. I sent another reminder four days ago—still no answer. There is no real person to talk to and no working support system in place. It feels like I’ve been scammed into paying for something that doesn’t even work.
I want a full refund immediately and demand that Buddy.ai fix this issue or provide proper customer service. No one should have to pay for a subscription and be ignored when it fails to work.
