I’ve been trying to upgrade my BTCTurk account to level 2, but the process has been extremely frustrating. Despite uploading the clearest possible photos of my Turkish Republic ID, my application kept getting rejected. The system failed to recognize my ID multiple times.
I then attempted to upload my driver’s license, only to receive an email stating my request was denied because I was asked to provide a residence permit—despite being a Turkish citizen! After countless attempts, I finally managed to submit my Turkish Republic ID, but now I’ve been stuck with the status "Your request has been forwarded" for well over 24 hours.
This delay and inefficiency are unacceptable. I request immediate action to verify my account and a resolution to this ongoing issue.
