BtcTurk App Password Reset Suspension
I'm having a nightmare with the BtcTurk app, which I use frequently. My password was rejected, and I was locked out. Even when I try to reset my password, it indicates that the new one is incorrect. They want me to upload all of my documents and information as if I were a new registrant. This has made me very concerned about the security of the funds in my account. This situation is not only inconvenient; it is also concerning. I put my financial assets on this platform, and now I can't even access my own account. The password reset procedure should be simple, but it has devolved into a nightmare. I urgently require BtcTurk to resolve this issue, restore access to my account, and provide me with the assistance I require to ensure the security of my funds. I sent the requested documents completely, but there is no response. They were supposed to reach me within an hour. If they couldn't reach me by phone, they were supposed to make all the necessary changes via email, but still, nothing. It keeps putting me into an infinite loop while trying to log in. It's login within login, but I can't log into the account at all. First of all, I wish myself and other investor friends good luck, and I will seek my rights by writing a tweet to CİMER.
