Bybit Rejected My KYC3 Documents and Blocked My Account Without Valid Reason

I attempted to complete a withdrawal on Bybit, but the platform required that I first complete KYC Level 3 verification. I followed all instructions to the letter—including the live video call step—and uploaded all necessary documents. For proof of address, I provided a residence certificate downloaded as a PDF from the Turkish e-Devlet system, which is a fully official government-issued document.
However, Bybit rejected my document without a clear explanation and then proceeded to block access to my account and funds. When I tried to re-upload the document to fix the issue, the system just loops me back to the upload screen, preventing me from resubmitting anything or progressing at all.
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I did everything required, submitted legitimate documents, and now I’m locked out of my own money. There is no helpful guidance from support, and no way to fix the issue from my end because the system itself is faulty.
