Regarding the problems I have experienced regarding the products I purchased from BOSCH HOME (https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/) (Order Number: 1113767529), I have submitted my complaint request from your Call Center at 444 6 333 on 16 May, 18 May and 22 May ( 2624402) did not get any response. I do not believe that this understanding, which does not prioritize customer satisfaction, will have any competitive power in the e-commerce market. 1- All parts of the cordless vacuum cleaner sent were in dust, they probably sent a product in display. 2- The battery compartment of the cordless vacuum cleaner is bent and the adapter cannot be inserted into it. It is not acceptable to transmit the products sent to the customer without checking. 3- I still haven't received my "mattress absorber" order from the order I placed on May 11th. 4- I bought the products from https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/. I have received an e-mail about the products I bought to my e-mail address, but the products I bought are not visible in my orders field on this site. The fact that customers' orders cannot be reflected on the e-commerce site is a very serious and major fundamental problem. I do not recommend anyone to shop on https://www.bosch-home.com.tr, they should not give up shopping from well-known e-commerce companies!
