Bosch Cordless Vacuum Unlimited 7 Black Modes Not Enough To Clean Multiple Surfaces

I bought the Bosch Cordless Vacuum Unlimited 7 Black. I have purchased Bosch products before, but this one is completely disappointing. I'm certain that I won't consider buying Bosch products again. Why? When you buy the Cordless Vacuum, the dealer advertises it as the best product in the world, but when you get home, it sticks to the carpets and there's no adjustment for any mode. It's impossible to clean properly. The dealer showcases it on a carpet with a flexible material that works wonderfully, but seriously, who has that kind of carpet at home? Then they say, 'You tried the product, liked it, and bought it.' It sounds like a joke. They won't accept a return. If there's a problem with the product, they tell you to contact Bosch Turkey, as they don't accept returns under any circumstances. Bosch Turkey sends a service technician who writes a report stating that the product works fine and that the issue is either misinformation or user error. But if the Bosch service personnel can't use it, how are we supposed to use it? Bosch Turkey says that if the dealer wants, they can take it back and advises you to talk to the dealer. But if Bosch Turkey doesn't let the dealer take it back, how can I make them take it back? I told them to take the vacuum and try using it on their own carpet, and I would accept that. A second service appointment was scheduled, and the technician came for the second time. It has been two weeks, and the technician tried the Cordless Vacuum on the carpet again and clearly saw that the issue is not with the carpet. They even recorded a detailed video. Customer service still hasn't called; they have no more excuses. They have the video evidence that the vacuum sticks to the carpet and that we can't use it, but they still refuse to help. Forget about customer satisfaction; this is not how a service should be.
