Request for Replacement of a Defective Bosch Dishwasher




I purchased a Bosch dishwasher with code sms4ekı60t from the seller "Indirimin Merkezi" on Hepsiburada. The product was installed by an authorized service on August 29, 2023. However, after just three days, I noticed extensive welding marks running along the upper left side of the interior, which is supposed to be stainless steel and covered by a 3-year warranty. Additionally, similar marks appeared beneath the third spray arm. This clear production flaw has left me with no desire for any further repairs on the product's interior. I demand a full refund, and if not addressed promptly, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights authorities, pursuing my rights through legal means. Attached are all relevant photos of the product.
