Bosch Sent Me a Defective SMS44DI00T Dishwasher and Rejected My Return

A brand new product arrived with a defect. The Bosch SMS44DI00T dishwasher from Hepsiburada arrived at my home, the service did not see the defect on the front cover while installing it, and my mother did not see it either. After 15 minutes I looked and saw that there was a defect on the front, I called the service that installed it and came back, they took a photo after installing it, it is also in the photo they took. We called the Ankara Tayhan store that sent the product, they said they could not do anything because the machine had been installed and we had not even pressed the button. Anyway, we called the intermediary institution Hepsiburada, we requested a refund or exchange and sent it, the product went naked because it had been installed, the store that sold it sent it back without doing anything, now we have received the product and the front side has become even worse after being scratched during shipping. We will contact Hepsiburada and request a refund again.
