My Bosch WGA244ZRTR Washing Machine Keeps Tearing My Clothes

My Bosch WGA244ZRTR model washing machine has been tearing my clothes in every program for about 3 months. I have been experiencing this problem and suffering since the day I bought the product. I have contacted Bosch customer service and the authorized service many times regarding the problem. The service stated that there was no burr in the boiler and that only the plastic cover part was hard. However, the problem I am experiencing continues and my laundry continues to be damaged. I requested a part replacement, which was later approved, but no replacement has been made yet. Even though my product is only 3 months old and under warranty, I want the inconvenience I experienced to be resolved. My request from Bosch is that either my product be returned or replaced with a brand new product.

If I had experienced the same problem with Arçelik, they would have already provided a replacement for customer satisfaction. I am a victim, my laundry is always torn, I urgently want a solution.

It is not normal for all my laundry and belongings to be torn in a brand new machine where it should be impossible for clothes to get torn.
