Bosch Washing Machine Damaged My Clothes - I Got No Support



All my clothes come out of the washing machine I purchased from the Bosch authorized service on 19.06 with holes or tears. The Bosch authorized service has not provided any help, as they could not identify the source of the problem. This situation has caused me both financial loss and great frustration, as I can no longer use many of my clothes. For this unfortunate issue with my one-month-old device, I am requesting a customer satisfaction solution from the Bosch brand.
The customer representative called and suggested sending a technician for the third time. The service personnel who already came twice could not find out what the problem was. Even though not being able to find the problem does not mean there is no problem, they never admit it. All our laundry is torn. Unfortunately, we had to apply to the necessary authorities because the huge Bosch brand does not provide after-sales support and does not stand behind its products and customer satisfaction.
