I purchased a Bosch WGA141x1TR/43 washing machine about 2 years ago. Since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing serious issues in every wash, including excessive wrinkling, tearing, and damage to my clothes. This problem has made many of my clothes unusable. I have contacted the authorized service center and customer service multiple times to resolve the issue, but each time I was only referred back to technical service, and the problem was never fixed. My product is still under warranty, and despite paying ₺12,000 for it, I have not received the performance I expected. My request from Bosch is to replace the product due to this ongoing chronic issue.
