We bought a Bosch gas boiler and decided to perform annual maintenance. It would have been better if we hadn't. The place where we bought it clearly emphasized that maintenance should be done at an authorized service. The device, which had not caused any problems until then, began to display various malfunctions less than a week after we performed the maintenance. The radiators became icy, the reset button doesn't work, and the error code "ea" constantly appears. Strange crackling sounds are coming from the device. We submitted a repair request, and when the service came, they looked, said there were no problems, and left. However, before the service arrived, the device broke again. They said one part needed to be replaced, came, replaced it, and again the same person said that apparently there is a malfunction. It's absurd. We have been facing problems for several days; we have a child, the boiler is broken, the house is not heated, and I am afraid to bathe the child because the water is icy. After several years, the boiler, which worked quietly and trouble-free, is now broken, and we are at a loss. We used to boast about what a wonderful brand Bosch is. It turns out that the maintenance was done just to take money. They came instantly when it came to money for maintenance, and now that the device is broken, we clearly don't concern them. I have complaints about both Bosch and their service centers.
