My Bosch Refrigerator Is Broken: 54 Days of Hell

My Bosch refrigerator broke down, and I haven't even owned it for two years. They "repaired" it, but it broke again in less than a month. Meanwhile, a ton of food went to waste! The alarm blares every single day, forcing me to get up at night to shut it off. Right now, all my freezer contents are crammed into three different friends' refrigerators. The cooler section freezes everything, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. The freezer section is completely dead.
The authorized Bosch service escalated our request, and we've talked to them countless times, explicitly stating we don't want another repair because we've lost all trust in this refrigerator and suffered immense problems. Yet, they insist on "recharging the gas, changing the valve, and observing it for a week." They absolutely refuse a replacement. I have never seen such indifference. They pretend to care but actually disregard the customer. I've been dealing with this for 54 days! Our mental state is shattered; we can't even stand to hear the word "refrigerator" anymore. For the last twenty days, the motor has been running at full speed 24/7, making a constant noise from the back. Even if they fix it now, other parts must already be damaged. Even if they replaced every single component, I still wouldn't trust this fridge.
I have refused any further repairs. As of today, I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I've primarily requested a refund based on the current market value, and if it comes through, I'll buy a different brand. I will never deal with Bosch again. This is what I've endured. We bought it thinking it was quality, paid more than comparable models, believing it was a global brand. I understand things can break, but despite explaining my nightmare, their stubborn insistence on yet another repair is outrageous. If you're thinking of buying Bosch, go ahead, but pray it doesn't break down! I'm attaching a service measurement report and photos of two items from the cooling section today.
