I bought a Bosch refrigerator two years ago. Even though it's not our fault, the machine keeps breaking down and freezing all the food. During the first repair, they came and fixed it. They also sold us a power conditioner for the plug and told us there would be no more problems. All of the food ended up in the trash, which was a shame. On the second time they came to fix the problem, they told us it wasn't our fault because it kept happening. They said they would send out a new letter and put in two more pieces. But they didn't tell us anything while we were waiting for the new parts. While that was going on, someone named H****** O****** from the headquarters called my husband and said that another service team would be sent out to fix the problems. This ruined our Saturday. We tried to call the call center several times, but the person on call never picked up. We had no other choice but to stay home and wait. But the worker never showed up, and we didn't hear anything else about it. We waited calmly since Sunday was a holiday, but by Monday we still hadn't heard anything. We started calling again because we thought that Mr. H****** would answer. When we called again after three hours, we were told that the service team hadn't come back yet, so they couldn't give us any more information. We were angry, so we called the service center in Izmit. They told us that they only do what headquarters tells them to do, not the other way around. They told us to call again, but we already knew that no one would pick up. Last but not least, Mr. H****** had the nerve to call me while I was on the call and tell me that the broken product would not be replaced because a fixed product is not considered broken. When I asked what would happen if the problem still happened after the repair, I didn't get an answer. So, what will happen to the money and time I put into these two fridges? What about the cost of the food and the chance of problems in the future? According to them, there is nothing they can do about this. Then why did we have to wait so long? No answer. What has the head office done? What problems do they now have less of? Nothing. On top of that, they made us wait for three days for no good reason. I want Bosch, a company that says it cares about customer happiness, to know that I am not happy. I do not have to pay for a broken fridge that your company made. Also, I don't have to pay for the food in two freezers or any other damage that might happen in the future. I want to thank H******, the complaint department, which will read this but won't do anything, and the whole Bosch company for the stress, financial losses, and pain that my baby has caused me. From now on, you can be sure that I will talk about my bad experiences with Bosch everywhere, all the time, even if I have to call the store. The people in charge will have to deal with my tears during this process.
